I'm so glad that I didn't have to change a poopy diaper or poopy underwear today because Anna went poop on the potty!!! :D :D :D She started grunting, so I took her into the bathroom and she pooped! I'm so glad!!! :D Here's to hoping that she starts telling me when she needs to do these things lol. Lately when I ask her if she needs to go pee, she says, "No, mommy." *sigh*

Stuff...
Well... let's see...
I've got class today, my writing class. I think it's a fun class... but I'm feeling dead-ended on my story. *sigh*
I have a psych test tomorrow and I'm really excited about it!
Anna & Jaden are getting along. I was paranoid for a while that I would make Anna jealous, but thankfully that hasn't been the case. Although, she has been more cuddly in the evenings, a thing that I've been loving & adoring!
Tonight is Bones!!! Gravedigger!
Anna needs a bath...
And our house smells like a dirty diaper. I think that it has something to do with Anna peeing on the floors--ARGH! Any suggestions on that front???

Anna Pretending & Two Under Three
A couple of thoughts for today...
Anna Pretending
Anna has been so cute pretending that she's a dog. She goes around crawling and barking, "Arf! Arf!" and sticking her tongue out--I have no idea where she learned it, but it's so adorable. Last night I filled a little bowl with water because she kept pointing and saying, "Waderrrr" and pretending she was a dog. Once I gave her the water, she lapped at it--It was so hilariously cute!
Two Under Three
We've begun watching a little boy who's six months old named Jaden. He's really cute and relatively immobile. He doesn't crawl and he doesn't cry much, either. He doesn't even sit up very well--but it's incredible how exhausting it is to have two little ones--splitting your attention between the two of them, trying not to make Anna envious-- It really is difficult. I wonder how mothers of more than one do it--I'm sure you adjust, sure. But it really is not easy. I'm tired. Can't wait for the weekend!

Pooping in the Tub--UGH!
Lately, Anna's new thing is pooping when she takes a bath. She's never done that before, but in the last three or four days, she's done so every time she takes a bath! Is this a potty-training thing? Anyone know? I'm so grossed out. I'm sick of fishing turds out of the bathtub! Eeew!

♥ Blessed ♥
My wonderful and lovely friend bought Anna a bunch of clothes size 3T. I am so blessed and to tell you the truth, I have no idea why God is blessing us so much. He has always taken care of us. Friends and family have always clothed Anna. We've only bought a few outfits in her lifetime, but God and family and friends have always taken care of her needs. I'm so overwhelmed at how good Our God is! He is Good!
(Thank you, Violet!)
Matthew 6:28-34
28"And why do you worry about clothes? See how the lilies of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. 29Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. 30If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you, O you of little faith? 31So do not worry, saying, 'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we drink?' or 'What shall we wear?' 32For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. 33But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. 34Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.

The Pooping Incident
The pooping incident shall go down in history... At least for the next week.
Today Anna went poop in her underwear... a daily occurrence, unfortunately. But with time I hope that'll change. The thing is, she was squatting and grunting, so I asked her if she was pooping. Her reply? "No, mama." (That's her reply to EVERYTHING.) So I took her to the bathroom where she continued to squat and grunt next to the door and she pushed on the door and closed it. I figured she wanted privacy. I read somewhere about that being a sign of potty-training readiness... the need for privacy. Anyhow, so I let her close me out of the bathroom so she could squat and grunt and poop in her panties. Then she locked the door. And locked me out. Argh! Luckily, I could open the door with a knife inserted into the lock--very lucky me. By the time I got the door open, Anna had taken her baby shampoo and had squirted the yellow gunk all over. The bathroom stank of poo and she had the log in her panties. Yuck.
Lately she's been telling me she doesn't want to go pee-pee in the potty and she throws a tantrum sometimes when I take her into the potty (especially first thing in the morning, that pee-pee is the worst for her). So, I've discovered that I'm probably encouraging her to pee in her underwear so often by bathing her when she does. She loves baths (which is a good thing), except for the fact that she must think it's a treat to go pee in her underwear and get a bath. So, I've been breaking out the showers. Hopefully that'll stem the peeing-in-the-panties scenarios.

Bathtime, Bathtime, Bathtime...
Ack, someone encourage me! Anna has been peeing her pants so much in the past two days. I know it's only like day four or five... but it's like she doesn't care to sit on the potty today. It's kind of frustrating!

"It's Bro-Kin"
My painting just fell off from the wall. The tack just broke in two and the whole thing came tumbling down. The frame fell apart. One good thing: We got a laugh. Anna kept pointing up at the wall and saying, "It's Bro-Kin, It's Bro-Kin."

M&M Bribery
Anna has been doing so well on the potty! Since we have finally moved, Anna has her own bathroom and she can go potty whenever she needs. So, we've been giving her an M&M for going potty and a Tic-Tac for trying. She will run to the potty and when she starts to go, she grins really big and she points to the cabinet where I keep them and says, "Cockua" (Chocolate) and she gets an M&M. Yesterday night, she was in a diaper and she asked to go potty and she did! I was shocked! Blown away! She's doing so well!

Blessed by Friends
We are so blessed. We had friends come over last night and they bought us groceries! We were getting low and since Paul isn't employed yet up here, we were probably going to have to borrow more from Paul's parents. This is just another one of those things that goes to show that God is watching over us. Left and right, God is blessing us through our friends! Thank you, Jesus!
