Later today I'll be posting all of the swimming pictures of Paul and Anna. :) They had a great time in the pool while I shivered and snapped pics! hahahaha :)

Mmmmm S'MORES!

We camped on the Oregon beach. It was very chilly, very uncomfortable, but I think it was fun, too. :) We just barely missed the rain. It rained the day before we arrived and the day after. Go figure! Anna didn't quite care for camping. She woke up at around 11 crying and asking to go bye-bye car. Poor thing. :( Anna and I ran along the trails--literally and all three of us watched a presentation on gray whales. Very interesting animals. Anna fell asleep half-way through in our arms. We were so exhausted. I fell straight to sleep, but Paul didn't because his head was hurting from laying on the ground (Note to self: set up appt. with the doctor for Paul!!!!) We woke up cold and miserable, but I think that if we had more stuff to keep us less miserable (i.e. air mattress) that it would've been better. Maybe next year? :)

The Bed

Anna has a twin size daybed. I put HER pillow on it and she immediately started throwing a fit. I think she knew my ulterior motive in the whole thing. We need twin size bedding anyway. Baby steps... baby steps... Besides, I will dearly miss her hugging me and giving me a hundred kisses before we fall asleep at night. Guess she can't do that when she's twenty? *sigh*

Stuff

Such an exciting title. My hair appointment has been moved to July 1st. I'm very excited! :) We have Anna's twin bed set up. She likes to jump on it! haha But it's very cute and I'm happy we have it. We'll have to get a better mattress in the future. The one we have is crappy. Oh well. It's good for now. What else? Nothing much else. Anna is her adorable, crazy self. And I love her! :) But you already knew that!

New Friends (?)

This is Matthew. He's also 2 1/2 years old and he lives just a few apartments over. He didn't seem as wild as Anna is (i.e. climbing, digging in dirt, etc... he didn't even get in the pool!) So I think Anna didn't quite know what to think of him! LOL!
